About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
