We are seeking an experienced administrator to join the expanding well-being team in Gloucestershire on a temporary basis. As an administrator, you will provide administrative support to Gloucestershire Service, working closely with the Head of Service and the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the office and the administration of programs to meet targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake various administrative duties, including drafting patient and health professional letters, updating patient databases, managing appointment bookings, handling telephone queries, and communicating with health professionals and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate initiative and experience in working independently within an administrative role.
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring they are routed to the appropriate person/department and messages are promptly dealt with.
  • Work collaboratively within a busy office environment, providing general clerical and administrative support, including word processing and filing routine correspondence.
  • Deliver professional administration services to clients, identifying their specific needs and maintaining confidential patient files both digitally and in hard copy.
  • Efficiently handle incoming healthcare referrals in adherence to company timelines.
  • Schedule appointments for clients using suitable systems.
