We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to assist with the appointment of a Panel Administrator and Note Taker on a 6-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension at the client's discretion.

Rate of Pay: £12.80-£15.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain accurate records and databases to provide information for use by others.
  • Support the service by performing tasks in a specialist area, ensuring that complex issues are raised with senior staff.
  • Provide customers with basic information, ensuring an effective and courteous customer service.
  • Prepare documents and materials for use in the specialist area to a high standard, using non-standard formats and software.
  • Support meetings, taking minutes, recording outcomes, and chasing actions, as well as assisting with internal and external events.
  • Research information within the specialist area and collate evidence for presentation in reports, including drafting sections of documents for use by others.
  • Assist with administrative support to the EHCP Team, ensuring completion within statutory obligations and legal timescales.

Requirements:

  • You may have an NVQ2 or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • You will have relevant training and practical experience of administrative processes and procedures.

  • You should have the right to work in the UK.
