Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking an organised and proactive administrative assistant to support their office scheduling and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling: Manage work diaries, book customer appointments, and ensure efficient scheduling.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Respond to incoming calls and emails, process information, and redirect tasks to relevant team members.
  3. Ordering and Procurement: Source and order parts and items identified by engineering teams.
  4. General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks and provide support to the wider team.
Requirements:
  1. Office Experience: Proven experience in an office-based administrative role.
  2. IT and Communication Skills: Strong IT skills and effective communication abilities.
  3. Proactive Approach: A detail-focused and proactive approach to work.
  4. Scheduling Experience: Scheduling experience is a plus, but not essential.
