Sales and Office Administrator

This is a very varied support role where you will also be the first point of contact, providing guidance, support and direction to our contracts and individual customers, as well as supporting the team from covering holidays, sickness and assisting with recruitment to buffet sales and delivery of specific catering requests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Canvassing for new business
- Cold calling
- General administration
- Assisting HR Manager with multiple different office-based tasks.
- Overseeing and assisting with incoming and outgoing invoices and purchase orders.
- Standard general office administration tasks
- Holiday Sickness Cover at Centres that require it
- Well presented
- Reliable
- Have a can do attitude
- Have experience of working in a similar sales role
- Willing to flexible according to business need
Driving is not essential but preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
