£21,000 - £24,000 (FTE)
Are you a detail-orientated and outgoing individual looking for a part time role within a family-run growing business, where you have complete flexibility over your own hours? This financial advisory business is looking for an Office Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our Partner/Practice Manager and ensure seamless operations within our office.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimising client relationships and facilitating the daily functions of our office.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing technical and administrative support to the Partner/Practice Manager.
- Handling client queries effectively through clear and professional communication.
- Preparing files, including compliance documentation, research, and supporting materials.
**To excel in this role, you should have**:
- Previous experience in an office support role, preferably in financial services.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation (desirable).
- Familiarity with client management systems such as Salesforce.
