We are looking for an Office Adminstator/Scheduling Assistant to join our lovely team here at Specsavers Homesvists within our office based at Quedgeley, Gloucester. You would work from a lovely office with free on-site parking. In this role, you would help plan the clinics and schedules for the clinical teams that are on the road providing eye care services to patients in their own homes. You will also be making and taking calls from customers and care home clients - as well as route plan visits for the field-based teams. You’ll work to NHS guidelines (as well as our own high standards), give good, clear advice and make a positive impression, thanks to your positive and professional approach.
The role requires great attention to detail as well as strong administration and customer care skills. You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner.
