Rapid Industrial Doors are excited to be able to offer the opportunity to expand our thriving, growing business and recruit an Office Administrator / PA to join our team.

Ideally, you will have experience in working in an office environment, using various software packages such as Google Drive, Big Change, excel and word. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and require someone with the ability to learn the correct skills, alongside an outgoing personality and passion for customer service would fit right in here.

We require our new team member to be flexible as the business grows, assisting the directors and engineers in their day to day duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Organising the engineers’ VERY busy diaries
- Ensure all stock has arrived on time and liaising with the engineers and customers to confirm everything is in place for installs, repairs and maintenance visits
- Process orders accordingly with our manufacturers, chasing parts and obtaining prices
- Canvas potential customers and introducing them to our services
- Deal with day to day office duties
- Competent at using computers, printers, scanners and other office equipment
- Attention to detail - checking that customer’s details are documented correctly, orders with suppliers have the correct information, etc
- Works well in a team but **MUST **also be able to use their own initiative
- A team player - some who is happy to muck in and help others when help is neededIn return, we offer the following and more:

- Training courses provided by our manufacturers (may include nights away)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
