**OFFICE EXECUTIVE**

**£24,000 - £26,600**

Our client, a leading company in the healthcare sector, are looking for an **Office Executive** to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of the office through administrative tasks, aiding the EA in diary management, and providing admin support to various boards within the business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As an **Office Executive** your key duties will include:

- Arranging and producing reports for various meetings, including minute taking, and various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Supporting the management of IT equipment for new starters
- Monitoring and updating purchase orders, preparing internal ISO audits and maintaining the incident reporting systems
- Acting as first point of contact for inbound calls, delivering exceptional service
- Booking and arranging couriers nationally and internationally, and organising domestic travel and accommodation
- Complying with data protection policy and health and safety procedures
- Covering Executive Assistant absence, and providing CRM system support

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To be considered for the **Office Executive** role, you must have:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, with diary management/PA duties
- Educated to GCSE level, with passes in English, Maths, and IT
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to use own initiative and share ideas
- The ability to adapt and thrive under pressure
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- A high level of IT literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
