About the Job:
As an Executive Assistant at CV-Library, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative duties, co-ordinating between departments, and managing various tasks such as business insurance renewals, office supplies inventory, and third-party provider communications.
You will also be required to receive and sort incoming mail, develop office policies and procedures, manage meeting room schedules, and provide support for team/company events.
This role would suit a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is able to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as required.
