**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable.
- Managing files for site set up and ordering
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, supplier files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
- Completing boiler registrations etc and monitoring that all plots are completed
- Placing orders with suppliers and maintaining all office back up paperwork
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
- The position will be office-based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Good overall IT skills essential
- Understanding of Excel, copy and paste, inserting cells and rows, formatting spreadsheet and using basic formula
- Understanding of computer files and saving structure
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Extremely well organised and details oriented

**Office administrator requirements**
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of the heating industry an advantage but not essential
- Self-motivation to work on your own without direct supervision on a day to day basis.

**Salary**

£20K to 23K dependant upon experience

Holidays 29 days, some of these are to be taken are times detailed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
