You will join a busy team working at pace within this function. You will play a key role in processing and answering questions from our teaching and school based audiences, enabling them to access information to support their work with us. You will provideefficient and effective customer service, working with our external audiences and internal colleagues to ensure each query is answered on time, and correctly. You’ll embrace a flexible, agile approach to your work, proactively lending support on key tasksand activities in line with changing team needs. Your work will make a real impact across a busy team.
- **Passion and motivation**: Are you passionate about joining a team aiming to make a difference, with a strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in?
- **Attention to Detail**: Are you someone who prides themself on getting the details right, with experience of managing high-volume workloads or processes, without compromising on quality?
- **Planning and organising**: Do have strong planning and time management skills and are able to effectively manage your own workload independently?
- **Relationship management**: Are you experienced at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and able to adapt quickly to new ways of working across teams?
- **Adaptability**:Are you comfortable with working on a project that is still evolving and taking shape? Are you unphased by processes or ways of working needing to change fairly quickly, or moving from task to task to support where the needis greatest?
