As a Marketing Campaign Optimisation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up a testing framework and to drive the optimisation of our industry-leading campaigns and journeys that leverage the power of the leading real-time marketing platform - Braze. You will also leverage customer data to drive insights, increase engagement, and enhance consumer experience.

- We’re looking for someone with proven experience in similar roles, good technical knowledge of marketing platforms, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is desirable.
- This role can be based in either our Luton, Hannover, Rijswijk, Zanentem or Stockholm office.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Design testing frameworks, optimise campaign journeys, and work with our Platform team to define data requirements.
- You’ll create insights to support decision-making, using analytical techniques to generate data insights, and ensuring proper methodologies are used.
- You’ll also have hands-on responsibility for the design & build of templates, content blocks, campaigns, and journeys.
- You’ll become an expert in Braze, ensuring all AB test templates render correctly across browsers and devices.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You’ll have a proven experience in similar roles along with technical knowledge of marketing platforms and coding languages (SQL, Python, R, Liquid script, etc.).
- You should have a track record of implementing multichannel marketing communications through industry-leading technology (ideally Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, EMarsys, IBM, etc.).
- We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of campaign metrics, audience optimisation, and a knack for translating complex data into clear business stories.
- Comfortable working in a large pan-European business
- Fluency in English, with other languages desirable but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail, and a flexible approach to working within a fast-changing environment.
