Reporting into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager for the UK, the Brand Marketing Manager - UK plays a key role in managing the planning, delivery and reporting of TUI’s brand campaigns in the UK market, with a focus on regional activation. All activityis planned to deliver on agreed metrics and KPIs to increase brand equity.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- You will play a key role in helping to plan the yearly brand media budget and will manage brand and tactical campaigns that deliver this across the year.
- You will need to work closely with our UK Media Agency to help TUI reach their target audiences, driving brand equity over time across multiple ATL touchpoints including TV, VOD, print, OOH and radio, as well as media partnerships.
- You will also work closely with the internal DR team to ensure that the connection between Brand and DR in the UK is fostered to aid conversion growth in line with business needs.
- You will work across several UK marketing campaigns these would include the activation of campaigns on a local level and delivering on a regional strategy.
- Collaboration with various internal stakeholders is vital, such as Trading, Product and Customer Insights to gather information to inform campaign briefs, as well as other marketing teams such as Online Merchandising, DR and Social to execute campaignsthat have clear market stand-out and are seamlessly integrated across channels.
- You will be a personable and confident presenter, who can inspire teams to develop best-in-class campaigns, regularly chairing working groups. You will be highly-organised to manage competing priorities and watch the wider industry for competitor insights,best practice and new innovations.
- You will manage all key stakeholders throughout the campaign journey from initial discovery and briefing, through to reporting back to the business and making informed recommendations.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience of successfully developing and implementing brand marketing campaigns, working in a similar marketing communications role
- Passionate and resilient, comfortable with a high degree of change and resistance
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to drive and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
- A good creative eye and confident in implementing brand guidelines, acting as a true brand champion across the business.
- Experience of working closely with external media and creative agencies
- Good networker with strong communication and presentation skills
- A successful track record of delivering against ambitious targets
- Proven understanding of measuring, optimising and challenging campaign analysis
- Extremely organised with project management experience
- Proactive and self-driven, you’ll be confident working independently with a strong team ethic
