The Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates plays a key role in running our award-winning in-house Affiliates programme.

Managing a team of four, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of our monthly and quarterly plans, regularly optimising towardsbusiness KPIs.

You will build strong and successful relationships with our publisher partners, drive optimisations through a constant test & learn approach, whilst also managing the recruitment of new partners to ensure the channel continues to grow.

You willwork closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on building out the long-term strategy and will take responsibility for delivering projects that will help us maintain our market leading position.


This role will work across all TUI brands including First Choice, Marella, TUI River Cruises, Crystal Ski, Lakes & Mountains, and TUI Ireland.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsibility for the daytoday management and optimisation of our inhouse Affiliate programme across all TUI UK&I brands and products.
  • Building on and developing successful relationships with publisher partners. As well as evolving our current communication and feedback strategy with both new and existing partnerships, ensuring our recruitment, and onboarding process is seamless and effective.
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager to deliver the channels end to end monthly and quarterly budget planning. As well as the finance and payment processes, ensuring IOs, order enquiries and booking validations are all completed in a timely manner.
  • Leading on and working closely with the wider team to ensure we're continuing to evolve and optimise the channel with a constant test and learn approach to new opportunities, whilst delivering incremental growth.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of four, ensuring members are supported in working towards clear objectives as well as individual training and development plans.
  • Working closely with our account management team at Impact Radius to ensure we're maximising the tool, as well as becoming an expert in key aspects such as reporting and partner performance analysis.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in Affiliates Marketing (brand or agency)
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, organised and highly numeric
  • Strong leadership skills and people management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to work under pressure and adapt at a fast pace
  • Experience using Impact Radius or similar Affiliates Marketing platform
  • A good networker with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong Commercial acumen with experience managing a budget
