About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts at TUI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our digital product strategy and delivering improvements that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the development of our digital product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and development teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure that our digital products and services meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Strategy Manager who possesses a strong understanding of digital customer experience, product strategy, and business operations. You should have a proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and initiatives, and be able to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer experience, product strategy, and business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
