About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Lead the development of our digital customer journey roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee digital governance, including scope definition, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and improvement.
  • Analyze customer and operational feedback to inform digital product development and drive business value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
About You
  • Proven experience in digital customer experience, product strategy, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to story-tell and engage various audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in product discovery, planning, and development.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting clear KPIs, OKRs, and goals for yourself and your team.
  • Customer and commercially focused, with a passion for operational excellence.
