About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the development of our digital customer journey roadmap, ensuring seamless user experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver digital projects that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee digital governance, including scope definition, prioritization, dependency mapping, and stakeholder approval.
  • Work with stakeholders to generate new ideas and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Analyze customer and operational feedback to inform digital product development and drive business value.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring awareness and alignment of digital roadmaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • Expertise in digital customer experience, digital product strategy, and digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to story-tell and engage various audiences.
  • Solid business understanding, product discovery, planning, and development skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting clear KPIs, OKRs, and goals for yourself and your team.
  • Customer and commercially focused, with a passion for operational excellence.
