About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products and services that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop digital solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform digital product development and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and manage digital product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work with the trading and onboard revenue teams to drive commercial understanding and digital developments that improve commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure awareness and alignment of digital roadmaps.
About You
  • Proven experience in digital strategy, product management, or a related field with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to story-tell and engage various audiences.
  • Strong expertise in business understanding, product discovery, planning, and development with a strong product mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting clear KPIs, OKRs, and goals for yourself and your team.
  • Customer and commercially focused with a passion for operational excellence.
