Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Whitbread. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving our e-commerce strategy and delivering exceptional online experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the acquisition team in delivering our digital strategy, focusing on Acquire, Protect, and Convert.
- Action tasks ranging from campaign implementation to reporting on online campaigns across key marketing channels, including Programmatic and social, Affiliates, and Push notification.
- Work with the digital relationship manager to execute the audience strategy and manage campaign delivery in line with marketing manager's plans.
- Implement digital campaigns, ensuring they target commercial goals and results are correctly tracked.
- Utilize trade reports and platform data to diagnose campaign performance and suggest changes to drive performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Programmatic/Display Specialist experience is highly desirable.
- Agency Management experience.
- Knowledge of digital paid advertising and different delivery models across display and search advertising.
- Good knowledge of audiences and how to target them across channels.
- Understanding of web development processes and technology architecture.
- Understanding of analytics, software, and how to build reports.
- Able to produce insightful reporting and suggest actions.
