About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Executive to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our Digital Sales & Merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing a range of onsite merchandising campaigns that balance customer needs with the broader TUI UK & Ireland commercial and eCommerce business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute onsite merchandising campaigns to drive website trading performance and improve user experience.
  • Work closely with the commercial, trading, and analytics teams to ensure key trading priorities are supported.
  • Collaborate with the Content, Digital Marketing, User Experience, and Design teams to build engaging, digital, and integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor travel websites and industry trends to ensure our websites remain competitive and make recommendations to business stakeholders.
About You
  • Education to degree level in Marketing/Commercial discipline or experience in a sales/merchandising/marketing role in an online environment.
  • Commercially aware with a passion for sales and merchandising.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Creative thinker who is customer-obsessed.
  • Well-developed communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to work and adapt quickly under pressure.
  • Interest in the travel industry and digital technology.
