About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Sales & Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team within the travel industry's leading company. You will play a crucial role in driving website performance and enhancing user experience through data-driven decisions and strategic merchandising campaigns.

As a key member of our large Digital Sales & Merchandising team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing onsite merchandising strategies, implementing personalization initiatives, and conducting A/B testing to optimize website performance.

About You

  • Possess a degree in Marketing or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience in online sales, merchandising, or marketing roles.
  • Exhibit a strong commercial acumen with a passion for driving sales and enhancing the customer journey.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
  • Showcase your creativity and customer-centric approach in developing innovative merchandising solutions.
  • Possess excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling effective collaboration and data interpretation.
  • Be a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in the travel industry and digital technologies.
