About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Executive to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our Digital Sales and Merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing a range of onsite merchandising campaigns that balance customer needs with the broader TUI UK & Ireland commercial and eCommerce business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute onsite merchandising campaigns to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Work closely with the commercial, trading, and analytics teams to ensure key trading priorities are supported
  • Collaborate with the Content, Digital Marketing, User Experience, and Design teams to build engaging, digital, and integrated campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze trading and test results data to identify trends and recommend actionable change
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the websites are competitive
