The merchandising team is responsible for managing the sales pages on the easyJet holidays websites, including our homepage, our most visited page, and hundreds of landing pages. We manage this journey on 6 websites (UK consumer, UK travel agent, France, Germany & Switzerland French/German). Our aim is to get people from where they first land on the site into the booking journey as quickly and smoothly as possible, including stand-out promotion campaigns and personalised experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the personalisation rules that help us to deliver personalised content to customers
  • Support the merchandising team to deliver promotional campaigns on any of the websites
  • Ensure our website is correct, up to date, and reflects commercial & industry trends
  • Help customers to easily navigate around our site and find holidays they are interested in
  • Manage the personalisation rules in place on the websites to deliver personalised content
  • Help the merchandising team to deliver promotional activity across our websites including promo codes, single use codes and other campaigns
  • Build landing pages on any of our websites to support the team's goals or stakeholder requirements
  • Become a merchandising expert with an in-depth knowledge of Sitecore, our content management system, and be able to help the rest of the merch team with Sitecore
  • Use reporting tools to evaluate the performance of the site and identify opportunities to improve for the future
