Business Administrator

**Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a full time permanent basis to join their team in Inverness. This is a varied role within a busy office environment and duties include**:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Providing estimates & invoices for account holders.
- Processing of Orders and liaising with production team.
- Ordering of materials.
- Scanning & filing.
- Working closely with line manager to ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information.
**Person Specification**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping
(On the job training will be given in industry specific software programs)
