Our NHS based client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis initially for 2-3 weeks and with the possibility of longer term employment thereafter. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday and duties include:

- Reception duties
- Filing and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Typing.
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- Making up stationery and uniform orders
- Photocopying, scanning and additional ad hoc administrative support.

**Person specification**
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new skills and systems with ease.
- Capable of managing a busy and varied workload.
