Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a full time permanent basis to join their office in Inverness.

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive support to the team within the office as well as support customers. Specific duties include:

- Plan the weekly workloads.
- Dealing with customers & booking in appointments.
- Providing customer quotations.
- Ordering of materials and dealing with order/supplier queries.
- Dealing with supplier delivery notes.
- Scanning of documents as required.
- Uploading invoices to the in house system for payment.
- Deal with customers both in person & on the phone.
- Preparing performance reports when required for management meetings.
- Additional ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Daily us of MS Office as well as in house software systems.

**Person Specification**
- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and to problem solve.
- Confident and well presented.
- Good IT, numeracy, reading and writing skills.
- Good with people both face to face and on the telephone.
- Can manage multiple tasks and deal with deadlines.
- Team player and also able to work alone.
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures with ease.
- Full training on systems & procedures will be given in line with ISO 9001 quality management system.
