Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and highly organised individual to join their team to provide Administration and Secretarial support for 6 months.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Updating and maintaining systems and databases
- Assisting in the preparation of regular scheduled reports
- Maintaining office filing systems to enable efficient retrieval of information
- Planning and organising events, meetings and appointments at a local level for the team, organising diaries, preparing materials/delegate packs including booking of rooms, catering and equipment
- Attending meetings, taking accurate notes and maintaining action registers
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for team members
- Other administrative duties as required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
- The ability to work well under pressure while balancing competing demands

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Inverness, Highland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
