Administrator (P/t)

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 21 hours per week. The preferred pattern of working hours is 3 full days Monday - Friday although there could be some flexibility offered to suit.
The role could be based in our clients offices in Inverness or Ross-shire with hybrid working on offer if required.
Duties include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Governance and Compliance team.
- Proof reading of documentation and correspondence.
- Updating a range of spreadsheets and databases.
- Setting up and attending meetings, ensuring delegates have all relevant information.
- Carrying out research work.
- Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Daily use of MS Office suite.
- Word processing and archiving.
- Additional ad hoc administrative duties.
**Person specification**
- Strong Administration and IT skills.
- Previous experience of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of literacy and the ability to proof read and check documentation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Regulatory/compliance experience at any level an advantage.
