About Haventus Haventus is the owner of Ardersier Port. We transform traditional ports into energy transition facilities, accelerating our energy future.​ Ardersier Port is a 450-acre facility near Inverness in Scotland and one of the largest brownfield ports in the UK. Following the Initial Investment of £300m in April 2023, a major redevelopment programme at Ardersier Port has commenced. The construction programme and future operational needs of the port are going to have a substantial impact on the local economy and has the potential to create hundreds of jobs and reskilling opportunities for the local community, the wider energy transition sector in Scotland and around the world. Key Responsibilities

  • Telephone triage – Manage all incoming calls to the office, redirecting where required to wider team members.
  • Email and Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the company, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Document Management: Organise and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, directing enquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, and maintain accurate records for various administrative processes.
  • Buying: Assist in buying tasks such as ordering equipment or supplies and invoicing via a procurement system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to staff and management, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Person Specification Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient with Office 365 – specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use own initiative to achieve goals and solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
