General Support - help the team with admin tasks like photocopying, scanning, raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices and data entry.
* Document Control - Organise and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that documents are accessible and stored appropriately.
* Communication - Manage incoming calls/emails to the office, redirecting to wider team members.
* As a developing company, we often wear many hats to get involved in things outside of the ‘day job’ to ensure our experiences are diverse, challenging and ultimately, help to make our company a success.
Be proficient in Office 365 - specifically Excel and Word and be willing to learn new software.
* Full on the job training will be provided.
