Our client is looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday and is office based in Inverness.

Duties include:

- Covering reception, dealing with enquiries face to face and by telephone.
- Answering calls and redirecting to other staff as well as taking messages.
- Updating the visitor book.
- Ordering supplies.
- General administrative tasks such as filing, and photocopying.
- Diary management.

**Person specification**:

- Previous reception/office based experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and professional telephone manner.
- Able to manage time effectively.
- Castle View Personnel (Inverness) Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2-3 months

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
