Our client is looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 18-20 hours per week. The pattern of working hours is 9am - 4:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or similar. This is a temporary role on an ongoing basis and duties include:

- Taking messages and delegating calls.
- Ordering supplies and stationery.
- Operating the visitor book.
- Post duties.
- Filing, photocopying and scanning.
- General administration duties in support of the office.
- Updating the fire alarm log.

**Person specification**
- Previous office/reception experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well presented with a polite telephone manner.
- Ability to learn new skills and systems with ease.
- Castle View Personnel (Inverness) Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2-3 months
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Schedule:
