The EcoGlow Group Ltd is a multifaceted mechanical engineering company specialising in renewable green technology
We are currently looking to add an enthusiastic fast learner with a long-term view of progression within the group.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to the following
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
