Key Responsibilities in this role include:

Process and manage invoices for clients and the business
Handle all internal communications, including fax, emails, post, and telephone calls
Input data accurately into the company's systems including invoice management
Track deliveries and shipments, ensuring smooth operations
Manage incoming office calls with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain office supplies, including stationary orders
Welcome and assist visitors as the first point of contact for the office
Perform general administrative duties to support the team

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:

Confident and clear communication skills
