Office Administrator/receptionist

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering telephone
- Greeting visitors
- Diary management
- General office administration
- Raising and sending invoices through SAGE accounting package
- Booking hotels for travelling staff / engineers
- Ordering stationary / office equipment
- Dealing with queries with both customers and staff.
- Assisting in completion of logístical paperwork
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Daily filing
Full training will be provided.
You must be IT literate and possess great English, both written and verbal, skills.
We are looking for a friendly, confident individual, who has a flexible approach to their work with a can-do attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
