Our client is a London based, leading Executive Search and leadership advisory firm working across all consumer-facing industries. Based in London’s Primrose Hill and with an enviable client base, the business has exciting and ambitious growth plans andas a result is looking for an **Operations Coordinator**to work closely with the Operations Manager and wider business.
The **Operations Coordinator** role involves a wide variety of activities and challenges, there is always something new to learn and great opportunities for personal development.
**Operations Coordinator, Role & Responsibilities**
**Internal IT infrastructure**
- Manage all internal IT infrastructure with outsourced IT support and be responsible for internal workings of business including internet, phones and database
- Provide 1st line support for all office hardware and day-to day-software usage
- Management of the website and Word Press, this includes domain registration and upkeep
**Systems & Reporting**
- Superuser for SharePoint, Invenias and Servoy, be the 'go-to’ for system users
- Training colleagues on best practice use of the database and ensuring the quality of any database training led by others withing business
- Expert user, able to extract detailed reports from the database - you should build expertise in its management and governance
- Ensure best practise onboarding training and use of database by all company employees
**HR & People**
- Take ultimate ownership of all new-starters on-boarding, and leavers off-boarding experience
- Assist with the planning and scheduling & manage cultural initiatives throughout the year
- Work with Operations Manager to run regular training sessions to create awareness of company policies and procedures
- Ad hoc projects GDPR understanding and management of employee training
You will also get involved in wider **business support** and **project work.**
The role will initially involve covering the Office Management function while the current incumbent is on Maternity Leave and will cover all areas of Office Management duties including provider relationships and Health and Safety. This will only be on atemporary basis.
**What we require**
**The role would be ideally suited to an EA or Office Manager who has worked within Executive Search or Recruitment looking for a step forward in their career. You will have strong project management and operation experience with a good understandingof implementing processes, workflows, protocol and reporting.
