Event Operations Coordinator
High End London Catering Company based in London
As Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of events across various venues in London. You will be responsible for managing events on-site, kit orders, overseeing warehouse operations, and coordinating event logistics.
Coordinate all aspects of events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
Be the clients point of contact on the event day and ensure their expectations are met
Manage inventory of event equipment and supplies.
Process and fulfill kit orders for upcoming events.
Ensure all equipment is loaded into vans and going to the correct events
Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies between the warehouse and event venues.
Work closely with other departments, including sales and planning operations ensure seamless event execution.
Provide support to event staff as needed during setup and breakdown.
Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality management preferred.
Valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules however overtime is paid for anything over and above your contracted hours
