Event Concept have an opportunity for an Internal Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, reporting to our Office Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations within the office.

Event Concept is a leading creative production agency specialising in live, hybrid, and virtual event production. Our team comprises industry-leading specialists across design, scenic construction, technical production, and live show management.

From global brand experiences, conferences, and award shows to virtual production through our in-house studios, we work with our clients to create meaningful human experiences.

Our amazing team is at the heart of business and the reason we consistently deliver excellence to our clients and continually innovate. We are looking for an Internal Operations Coordinator that shares our love for organisation.

**Who are you?**
- You have experience in an administrative role in a similar environment, ideally within a creative agency.
- You are super organised and love a list More so, you get a kick out of ticking things off that list.
- You have strong communication skills. This role will support multiple stakeholders and have contact with almost everyone within the business.
- You enjoy a variety of tasks and are able to prioritise your day, Event Concept is a fast-paced environment and being able to manage your own workload and communicate accordingly.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Being the face of Event Concept both answering our incoming calls and welcoming visitors to our offices
- Ensure meeting rooms are set and ready for external meetings
- Book in catering requirements for internal events
- Procurement of operational stock
- Booking of courier and taxi services
- Support the Office Manager
- Ad-hoc admin support for our wider team
