Quest Search & Selection has partnering with a rapidly expanding B2B media enterprise. This company is at the forefront of the industry, digitally driven multimedia information provider tailored for senior business professionals.

This is a newly created role within someone who has just started with 6 months + experience or has an educational background in Events Management

This role of B2B Events Operations Coordinator to assist & coordinate events such as breakfast, dinners and assisting with conference and awards.

**The role and responsibilities of this** B2B Events Operations Coordinator**:

- Help develop and execute a comprehensive operational plan for each event in collaboration with the Head of Events.
- Propose innovative ideas and creative event solutions.
- Foster effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams, such as creative design, marketing, content, and sponsorship
- Help in assisting various operational elements, including venue research and oversight, on-site branding, A/V coordination, food and beverage selection, staffing plans, and attendee registration.
- Assist in post-event recaps with KPIs/metrics for client presentation.

**To be successful in this B2B Events Operations Coordinator**:

- Should be a graduate or similar in Events Management.
- Outstanding communication skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Someone who is keen on career progression in events industry would be ideal.
- Proven ability to think innovatively and implement new initiatives to elevate customer experiences during events.***
