We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electronic music industry, a robust network of connections, and a proven track record in event management.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of all events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences.

- Research, identify, and secure suitable venues for events, considering factors such as capacity, location, and atmosphere.

- Cultivate and leverage industry connections to negotiate and book top-tier DJs and artists for events, ensuring a diverse and captivating lineup.

- Coordinate logistics with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met within budget and timeline constraints.

- Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop strategies to maximize event visibility and attendance.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging artists to inform event planning and programming decisions.

- Provide on-site management and support during events, resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.


Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within the electronic music industry.

- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events, from concept to completion.

- Extensive network of contacts within the electronic music industry, including venues, artists, agents, and promoters.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and agreements.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.

- Passion for electronic music and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for event attendees.
