Company Overview:

As our client, we pride ourselves on driving sector recognition and engagement through dynamic events and innovative initiatives. We are seeking a passionate and proactive B2B Events Manager to join their dynamic team and spearhead the planning and execution of various events while championing sector learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of all events, including Associates’ meetings, Client Partner meetings, Monitors’ Annual Conference, Monitors’ Regional meetings, Media lunch, and any other internal or external events as required.
  • Craft engaging content for the website and other marketing materials to effectively promote upcoming events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with the Communications Manager to ensure seamless integration of event materials and messaging.
  • Asses the effectiveness, relevance, and suitability of existing workshops and seminars, offering recommendations to enhance sector learning in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive the implementation of a schedule of sector learning initiatives, encompassing Workshops, Webinars, and Lunch & Learns, overseeing logistical and communication aspects.
  • Evaluate the impact of recognition and learning activities through data collection and analysis, providing insights and suggestions for future enhancements.
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues to nurture and reinforce all aspects of learning, fostering cross-team collaboration and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B event management, including creating sector recognition and engagement initiatives such as awards, networking events, and workshops.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in event planning and execution.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and drive to see projects through to completion.
