We at Ottolenghi are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team.

As an Operations Coordinator Ottolenghi you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant business and Catering. You will work closely with the Operations Managers, Catering Manager L&D Manage, Head of OTK and executive leadership to provide support in various critical areas. Your contributions will directly impact the success and growth of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment Support:

- Assist in Back-of-House (BOH) recruitment efforts when needed.
- Coordinate and organize stages, internships, and apprenticeship programs.
- Collaborate with managers and office administration to ensure the success of these programs.

2. People Support:

- Conduct talent mapping sessions to identify strengths and weaknesses in our team members.
- Assist in setting goals and development plans for our kitchen brigade.
- Collaborate with Head Chefs to identify and nurture talent within the organization.

3. Health & Safety Support:

- Provide support in health and safety practices across all sites.
- Promote food safety and hygiene standards.

4. Operational Support:

- Assist in planning and executing events and major caterings.
- Communicate key dates, promotions, and menu releases.
- Organize staff welfare activities and initiatives.
- Ensure efficient management of staff schedules and holidays.

5. Learning and Development Support:

- Support restaurant staff with various training programs.
- Coordinate meetings with Learning and Development (L&D) managers and training providers.
- Contribute to the development of new training content and programs.

6. Catering and Events Support:

- Coordinate menu development and innovation for catering services.
- Manage online menu listings and photography.
- Handle administrative tasks related to catering menu, allergen information, and purchasing data.
- Assist in logistics for special events.
- Contribute to the development of manuals and procedures.
