Qureight is a Cambridge, UK-based TechBio data analytics company with a unique cloud platform for the analysis of CT scans, blood biomarkers, and clinical results from patients with a range of complex lung and heart conditions. Our Technology is used by some of the world’s largest Pharmaceutical companies, and creates models with both real-world and clinical trial data, so researchers can better understand how patients could respond to novel treatments.

Role:
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Commercial Partnerships will play a pivotal role in positioning the company and its platform with key potential partners. The successful incumbent will work closely with the leadership team and will be a key contributor to the global partnering strategy and its implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Instrumental in growing the value of the company by defining external opportunities for the platform, through monitoring the Lung and Heart clinical trials market.
- Key contributor to drive the delivery of the company’s growth and business plan.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to deliver the end-to-end deal process with partners from ideation, pitching, structuring, due diligence, negotiating partnership agreements, and balancing the needs of Qureight and the counterparty.
- Interacting with consultants and advisers e.g., Law Firms, Patent/IP teams
- Build a global network of potential biopharma partners.
- Using the highest level of communication skills, written and verbal, prepare and present deal propositions to the leadership team.
- Ensuring effective Alliance Management including monitoring progress, resolving issues, and overseeing payment schedules with the partner.
- Other activities as required to support company aims and priorities

Experience and Skills:

- Successful track record of businesses that have been developed
- Eloquence in written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external partnerships

Qualifications / Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field is advantageous
- 3 to 5 years’ experience within a business development role
