CK Group is a leading biotechnology company revolutionizing protein research. We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to join our team as a Head of Commercial Strategy.
This permanent position offers a hybrid work arrangement with at least three to four days onsite and up to 50% travel within the UK and Europe.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee the entire sales and marketing function, including strategy development, market entry, revenue growth, and team leadership.
This role requires extensive senior-level commercial experience in Life Sciences, ideally with a focus on analytical instruments, bioprocessing hardware, or similar.
You should have an extensive network within the biotechnology sector, particularly in Cell Line Development, Process Development, and Upstream Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:)
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Expand customer network by establishing relationships with key industry players and securing large-scale partnerships.
Requirements:
Degree qualified in life sciences or equivalent (PhD preferred).
Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
