Job description

This is an exciting time to be join the Wildlife Trust and help deliver our vision of a Wilder Birmingham and Black Country. The Estates Co-ordinator is an important role providing essential support to wider teams across the Trust. This role will be pivotal in co-ordinating the smooth operation of our two environmental centre buildings, ensuring a safe, welcoming and professional environment for colleagues and visitors. You’ll work closely with colleagues and contractors to oversee key aspects of the office’s day-to-day activities.

No two days will be the same in this role, so we’re looking for someone adaptable who has recent experience of working across multiple workstreams in a busy environment, preferably someone who is used to delivering wider office support. Ideally, we are looking for someone who also has experience of working in the charity sector.

You will be extremely well-organised, with a high level of attention to detail, and used to prioritising your workload. You will have excellent communication skills, and the confidence to carry out work using your own initiative. You will be a confident user of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel and Outlook.

**Salary**:Up to £24,923 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience

**Hours of Work**:Preferably between 22.5 and 30 hours per week, although this is negotiable

**Location**:Birmingham office, with some travel throughout the Birmingham and Black Country area

**Duration**:Permanent
