Due to our established reputation for delivering on past successes in this area, we are winning more work and want to talk with an enthusiastic, ambitious Programme Co-Ordinator to help us deliver this project.

**Job **Responsibilities**
- Oversee the administration needs of projects to support overall governance and effective performance management.
- Assist in the organisation and scheduling of project meetings with Boards, Steering Groups, Project Managers and other Programme stakeholders.
- Support preparation of materials for meetings and ensure distribution in a timely manner.
- Assist the team Lead in compiling project status reports
- Collate, review and distribute project reporting information to relevant IHSE and project members, and any other identified key stakeholders.
- Take minutes at meetings and capture decisions, actions and RAIDs, ensure follow up against actions and update team systems (SharePoint, Aconex) accordingly.
- Support team Manager with Project Health Checks
- Maintain team documentation and knowledge management across all team systems, processes and platforms (including SharePoint, MS Teams and Aconex) and champion best practice.
- Attend project scoping, requirements and lessons learnt workshops as required and collate actions
- Support with all Programme/Project management administration tasks e.g. archiving
- projects/programme files, configuration management.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience of coordinating / administering major Infrastructure/Real Estate projects
- Experienced in key tenements of the role such as Governance arrangements, Risk and issue management, Project report reviews, Schedule management, Change control, Document management, Stakeholder and communications management
- Proficient in MS Office suite _(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, Power BI)_
