**The Role**

**Registry Co-ordinator (BSc Computer Science & MSc Data Science team)**

As Registry Co-ordinator within the Enrolments and Student Enquiries division - University of London Worldwide, the post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of student registrations and lifecycle activities for the delivery of designated Worldwide programmes - initially BSc Computer Science and MSc Data Science.

Responsibilities will include supporting and training new and existing staff on all student life-cycle processes for the programmes concerned, encompassing all aspects of the student life-cycle, including: enquiry management and resolution; admissions; conversion; registration; assessment and awards. The post holder will also be required to identify and implement improvements to ensure a successful student experience.

**Further information**

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
