The Role:

- They are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of key service management processes - Incident Management, and Service Requests._
- This will involve liaising with the TOC Engineers and Workplace Engineering Managers (WEMs) on a day-to-day basis, assisting with ongoing problems and relaying this information back to the technical team and Senior Management._
- Various ad-hoc projects will also arise and ownership will also be the responsibility of the Aspire Engineering Co-ordinators._

The Team:

- At Landsec, Aspire Engineering Co-ordinators are key members of our Digital Workplace Delivery team (Technical Operations Team via Aspire Analytics)_

What you will be responsible for:

- _ Deliver regular and appropriate communications to users regarding the progress of individual Incident and Service Requests._
- _ Assist with investigating, defining and resolve complex issues problems in systems, processes, and services. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures._
- _ Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate. Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers, and categorises incidents._
- _ Maintains knowledge management systems and content to meet business needs._
- _ Uses agreed procedures to create and maintain an accurate register of assets. Performs activities related to administration and lifecycle management of assets. Produces routine reports to assist asset management activities and decision making._
- _ Contributes to creation of compelling and clear end user content, including communications and guides, to aid the use of Landsec’s technology services._
- _ Ensure the completion of records/forms to comply with RiskWise processes_
- _ Auditing of site-specific files and assisting WEMs and Senior Management with tasks and administrative duties._
- _ Liaising with Supply Partners to arrange and close out service visits, Compliance, Shutdowns Ect and follow up jobs after service visits._
- _ Liaising with the Technical Manager on any defects that have been reported through TOC /service activities to enable mínimal down time of equipment._
- _ Provide quotations for contractual extra works and following the work through to completion._

Essential criteria
- _ Excellent customer service skills_
- _ Demonstrate problem solving and cross team collaboration skills._
- _ Strong capability to understand and translate technical information into impactful, relevant user information._
- _ Experience of using facilities-based system, preferably Concept._
