We are looking for a Commercial Estate Co-Ordinator to join our team on a permanent, part time basis, working 28.8 hours per week.

What's more, as part of our charity bringing history to life, you'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others and make a difference to the way England's rich past is experienced.

In this role you will support the management of the South East and London estate of English Heritage, with key activities including acquisitions, disposals, producing licences and leases, wayleaves, and efficient management of business rates.

You will be point of contact for our residential tenants and liaise as necessary with our stakeholders and estates team to process property maintenance requests nationally.

With the ability to follow processes and procedures, you will be involved in a full range of administrative tasks which include coordinating meetings, collating reports, working with spreadsheets and databases, invoicing whilst being the point of contact for general enquiries whilst providing great customer service.

You will work collaboratively with different departments within the organisation, along with external stakeholders and third parties to resolve various property matters or aiding the facilitation of events or works carried out at a particular site.
